David Eastham

Designated Managing Broker | AED Realty

AED Realty was founded by Illinois Managing Broker David Eastham with the goal of creating a brokerage built around preparation, communication, and practical decision-making.

David brings a business-minded approach to real estate. Rather than treating a transaction as simply finding a property or getting a listing under contract, he focuses on understanding the client's objective, evaluating the available information, developing a strategy, and managing the details required to get from one step to the next.

His real estate experience includes residential purchases and sales, investment and multifamily properties, land, and commercial transactions throughout Chicago and Northern Illinois.
