How I'd set up your footer
Now that we're putting these pieces together, I'd make the bottom of every AEDRealty.com page something like:
AED Realty LLC | Illinois Licensed Real Estate Brokerage

Licensing & Disclosures | Fair Housing | Privacy Policy
Then your normal copyright line underneath.
I would not combine these three pages. Having separate Licensing & Disclosures, Fair Housing, and Privacy Policy links looks considerably more professional and makes each easy to find.
One thing I would do before you publish the Privacy Policy: we should verify exactly what Squarespace and iHomefinder are collecting on AEDRealty.com, especially cookies/analytics and IDX lead registration. Then I can tighten the policy so it describes your actual data practices rather than just covering the likely ones. That would be the better final version for a live site.
